The Trumbull High School Chapter of the Math National Honor Society requires that:

The Trumbull High School Chapter of the Math National Honor Society requires that:
- You are a Junior or Senior in Precalculus or above
- You have completed two high school math courses
- You have a 3.67 unweighted overall GPA
- You have a 3.67 unweighted math GPA
Applications must be submitted by the deadline in the fall.
Once you are a member, you must
- Pay yearly dues
- Attend the induction.
- Volunteer a minimum of 10 hours (plus any hours not completed last year) in a structured program. These programs include Peer Tutoring, B-19, Hillcrest Math Club, Tashua Continental Math League or a program specifically verified by Mrs. Payne or Mrs. Shevlin. (Peer tutoring must be preapproved via parent email to Mrs. Payne or Mrs. Shevlin.) Tutoring family members, neighbors, classmates, or friends does not qualify.
